Learn how to rejuvenate an existing lawn or renovate an area to create a new lawn. Find out the difference between our regular program and our organic program. Discover what tools you will need and how to use them. The will be a Question and Answer time, so if you have a specific problem with your lawn bring in a picture or sample. Bulb Forcing Workshops:
Saturday, September 25 and again Saturday, October 2 - 11 a.m. - Held in Beltsville and Potomac. Fee: $15 - To register call (301) 937-1100 or stop by the Information Desk in Beltsville. Learn how to take spring blooming bulbs such as daffodils and tulips and force them to bloom in pots indoors. During the workshop you will create a 3-layered bulb garden in a 7-inch pot to take home and force into bloom. You will also receive our bulb forcing brochure and a $5.00 coupon.
